This year marked twelve years of marriage for Tim and I. I'm not really sure how that came up so fast, but whatever. Tim and I had plans to spend a night at Ashland Springs Hotel and go out to dinner. However, our kids decided to get sick so we had to cancel. Sad. We have yet to reschedule. But, Tim did do something super sweet for me. While we were eating dinner at home, Tim played something on the computer for me. As soon as it came on I was confused. The voice speaking sounded like a friend of ours from college, but I didn't know how it could be. Then he started talking like he was DJ-ing and was playing a song on special request for "the love birds Tim and Anja". Then I started crying. Tim had contacted our friend Tommy from college who we both knew and DJ-ed with on the college radio station at Snow. He made a short little play list up for Tim so he could play it for me. Best anniversary present to date. It was so much fun to listen to and know that Tim thought of something so creative for me to make me happy.

Christmas time

These are some nifty boot cuffs I crocheted for myself. Super fun, love how they turned out.

Everleigh playing with presents from a package that came from Nana and Papa.

Nana made some cute outfits for the girls this year. Here is a sampling.

We were lucky enough to spend Christmas Eve with dear friends. The Blanks, Woods and Skabelund's joined us for Christmas Eve dinner. Fun times were had by all....until the kids got out of control. We wish so badly we had a basement for them to play in. Maybe some day.

Santa was here!

All tuckered out after visitng Aunt Dawn and Uncle Jack and family on Christmas Day. We had a great year, here's to many more!

Holiday Madness

Always so much to do around the holidays. No exception this year. Although I dad have a moment of free time to make a Christmas craft. That was fun. I don't do that as much as I would like anymore.

We got snow this year! And it didn't melt the next day! They actually canceled school for three days! The kids loved being able to play outside and then come inside and get warm and watch movies all day long.

Tim and I had a whole anniversary overnight trip planned alone, and then we all got sick. Whatever our stomach bug was it was short, but we all caught it except for Tim. No fun. Although I have to mention that this year I decided to try having our family take sovern silver to see if we could stay away from the super nasty colds that we have had for the past few years. I was so sick of buying and taking so much cold Medicine I just hate it. So we started taking it in september and I'm happy to report that I haven't bought cold medicine once this year! The kids did get one nasty cold, but that was it! I did catch one cold, but the worste of it lasted one day and it wasn't bad enough for me to even take cold meds. How awesome! This will defiantly be our go to in the winter months. Anyway, Tim gave me the most amazing boots this year for our anniversary, I love them!

One day while we were waiting for Kardyns bus I took some cool pictures of the frost outside.

Some more of our fall decor. Crissy and I made this felt ball garland. Man it took us FOREVER. Man it was a long project, but it was worth it, I love the way it turned out.

We spent Thanksgiving this year with the Skabelunds. We are so blessed to have wonderful friends here.

Here is a picture of Tim with is mustache that he grew for Move-ember. It's to help bring awareness for prostate cancer. This was the day he shaved it off

Chase is a huge Oregon Ducks fan. Not sure really how that happened, but it's all good. Well Tim was given tickets to the Oregon/Utah game up in Eugene so he took Chase up there. They had so much fun, what a fun thing to get to do with your dad.

Here is some of our fall decor.

And cute girls

Crissy and I take turns watching the girls Tuesdays and Thursdays so we can go help out at the elementary schools. One day I found Maci asleep like this in my bathroom. It was pretty funny
